Does "scrunchy" mean "irritated"?

If so, how often do people use this word, "srunchy" as the same meaning
of "irritated". And is there any differences b/w the two in usage and
delicate meaning?

My dictionary says nothing about it.

'Scrunchy' does not mean 'irritated' to me-- it means the capability of making a sort of crackling noise, as with some cereals when milk is added or with thin ice cover on the ground when walked on.

I vaguely recalled "scrunch" to mean a crushing sound but I haven't seen "scrunchy" used for anything but for something girls wear on their hair. I think Grumpy is a better word for "irritated".
