Please tell me which is correct from the below (which is the most used of them)

- I think you didn't intend it but if ...
- I don't think you intend it but if ...
- I think it wasn't intended from you but if ...

And what can be the second part of the sentence?

- but if yes then...
- but if you do then...
- but if yet then...
