Anyone to start off with this?

I need to get a decent type of webcam before i can start this.

Torsten have to start with this first because he is the forum host...haha :twisted:

Hi NS,

Great to have you back on the forum. You are right, we a webcam comes in pretty handy. We do have one at the office and Slava uses it frequently when he is on Skype with his brother. I'll get one too soon so watch this space (got the pun?).

Don't lie to me, Torsten... Slava might be using the webcam to chat with his GF... :twisted:

Get the best webcam which can also allow you to post videos in youtube. Logitech or microsoft webcam... Can someone recommend the best webcam.. (my budget is: average quality and average price)... 8)

Hi NS,

You are probably right, Logitech webcams seem to be pretty good as I have seen several of them in action. By the way, what do you think of notebooks with integrated cams?

You mean the Lenovo thinkpad T61 with integrated built-in webcam? Emm... i prefer to use the separate webcam because the quality is better. How to have better quality when the camera is built in the LCD with so little space for the lens to zoom in and out??
