I'm a bit of a night owl. I usually go to sleep sometime between midnight and, oh, 3:00 am. _________________ Billie Jean is not my lover. Hee. |

I am used to turning in at 12:00 am (or pm or midnight, as you wish) and turning out at 6:00 am. Aint it good? :) My buzzers tune is an Eminem's song called "White America" (I always wake up when he starts yelling Americaaaaaa and, oh, I'm such a fun of him) |

| I tend to go to bed at midnight or 1 a.m. and wake up at 6:00. If, for some reason, I don't have to be anywhere for a week or two (such as work or school), my body naturally wants to go to bed at 4 a.m. and wake up at 10 a.m. It's only six hours' sleep, but at that strange time. I have to guard against this habit, because when I have to reenter the real world, it's very hard to adjust again. |

Hi there!
More often than not I hit the sack at midnight and get up at seven. These days I had to pass a great many of exams, so my usual daily routine changed dramatically and the two-hour sleep over the last two weeks exhausted me completely. :( |

| Sunhoek, many thanks for your concern and precious advice, but I've led this way of life only for two weeks in order to receive excellent marks. So far I have a little time to relax  |

Hi Pamela, I see what you mean, I almost feel the same ;-) I have a small adivice for anyone suffering from busy-sickness. I tried nap during the day and I have to admit it did the trick. There was somwhere an article about beneficial aspects of napping, but where? hmm.. |

Hi hopeless_girl,
My sincere efforts to take a nap ended up in vain. :( Now all my sleepless nights have gone and I must sigh with relief as I am quite content with the results received. :D
Many thanks. |

Well done indeed, Pamela. And I used to nap between classes too, during the break time.I heard that Napoleon did it too
And I always turn in before midnight on the nights of working days.

I think it's best to nap DURING the class (assuming you're not involved in a discussion or, egads, an exam). That way, you can spend your free time doing something fun.
