1. Remember that lack of sexual confidence is a common syndrome - you are not alone

2. Sexual confidence is the finest aphrodisiac of all: know yourself, know what you want and don't be afraid to ask for it."

Those are 2 of the points in "Tips for looking good".

What do they mean?

2-- Being confident of this ability stimulates sexual desire and improves sexual performance: discuss your sexual wants and needs honestly with your partner.
