The embassy probably wants you to give a personal answer, not one that has been suggested to you. Besides, there shouldn't be a model answer, but one that reflects your own honest opinion.

My reply:
~ If my visa is denied, i want to know the reasons for denying my visa. I will reapply and reapply repeatedly until it is approved finally. I strongly believed that with my strong determination to study to achieve my goals, nothing is impossible for me.

Knowing what country's embassy we are talking about (and what kind of visa you are applying for) might help, but in my humble opinion your suggested answer seems rather arrogant. Normally, your chances of getting a visa are the same no matter how you answer this kind of questions, though. What really matters is if you meet the legal requirements for the type of visa you are applying for.
