Hi Lila,

In this sentence you need the past tense of 'choose' - 'chose'. You would use the participle 'chosen' with a perfect tense.

I chose this one yesterday (past simple)

I have chosen many different examples (present perfect)

Because the event happened in the past and the subject is in the third person singular.

Because 'choose' is the infinitive or simple present. As we tried to explain earlier, in this sentence you need a past form.
