As I know, 6 billion people live in the world. The scientists say that the earth can host about 12 billion people. Also they suppose that the amount of people in the world will reach 12 billion very soon. But some countries haVE problems with its generation, I mean the population of some countries IS REDUCING every year. For example in Russia the NUMBER OF DEATHS IS more than THE NUMBER OF BIRTHS. But China has the problem of overpopulation. So what should be done? To reward or NOT reward families? I will try to answer this question. I think that it depends on THE situation in THE country. My country is Uzbekistan and in my family are four children. Our country hasn't GOT A problem of overpopulation and REDUCTION of population. Therefore we have no law which rewards families with fewer children. In Russia THE family in which IS BORN A second child IS REWARDED. As I said above the government of Russia rewards families because they HAVE A problem of A DECREASING population. China has A big problem of overpopulation. As I remember the population of China reachEs to 1,5 billion. It is a quarter of the world's population. I think the government of China should reward the families with fewer children to prevent overpopulation. As I have heard China has some laws that rewards families with fewer children. India has the problem of overpopulation also. I don't know, does India reward families with fewer children or noT? But I think they should reward the families with fewer children. Because it will be helpful for India and for THE World also. So what we have, the rewarding of families dependS on THE demographic situation in THE country. Some countries should reward families with fewer children and otherS noT. I think in THE future many countries will have problemS of overpopulation, therefore many countries will reward families with fewer children.
