Oh, yeah. Maybe it's related to that British penchant for dressing men up like women. They do it on their comedy shows constantly (at least the shows that get to the US), and every decade or so they send over a transvestite pop singer. I never understood why the British fascination with cross dressing never seems to end.

Back to the cartoon, I also don't get the joke.

I agree with Conchita?s way of interpreting the cartoon. Just for me Ingrid must be replaced with the good old Lady "U.K." instead of Tony Blair. In that sense it might be a great honour for Ingrid, mightn?t it? The only mess would be to be infected.
