Dear Mr. Alan Townend,

Thank you very much for your concern and support to help me get acquainted with different kinds of English tests. Actually, I'm a teacher of English and I'm so interested in those tests which deal with developing teaching performance and language skills, such as CELTA and TOIEC.

In fact, I've got a BA in the English language plus a higher studies Diploma in translation as well as a TEFL Diploma.

Furthermore, I'm so interested in getting more knowledge about teaching English more effectively, so I'd be so grateful if you could help me in this respect.

Many thanks for your guidance and co-operation.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours faithfully,
Hamdi Hassanin

Dear Hamdi Hassanin,

Many thanks for your interesting message. Could you please tell us more about your professional background? Where do you work? Who are your students? Do you teach TOEIC prep courses and Business English or just "general English"? What do you like most about being an English teacher?

Talk to you soon,
Torsten
