It's a mouthful. The first sentence is okay (if you correct the typos) but the last sentence doesn't make much sense.
When typing in English you should always leave a space after a full stop or comma. Also you should put a space before the opening parenthesis and after the closing parenthesis. Your writing will be easier to understand if it is well spaced in this way.
Appropriate rights of the Institute are implemented by its Director and Academic Council (Scientific Council), and other officials (public servants) of the Institute, according to the established distribution of duties. The Institute concludes contracts with design ogranizations to elaborate budget-designed documentation. _________________ Cheers m' dears! |

| So, as I understood all sentences are correct but my problem is connected with typing and living space, yes? |

The first sentence is correct, but I still don't understand the second sentence. Perhaps it makes more sense in context. _________________ Cheers m' dears! |

| Hello again. Have I to use " by " all the time in this sentence,or it is enough to use by just once? Documents are ratified by Presidium of NAN of Ukraine, by the Department of Physics, by the Institute and by Juridical Department! |

Hi,
One 'by' suffices. Just add 'the' before Presidium of NAN of Ukraine and Juridical Department.

| One more,The Institute has the opportunity to form branch-offices and research departments on the rights of structural subdivhsion, design, technological and planned bureaus, and other structural subdivisions without the rights of the legal entity. Is this sentence correct? Maybe I have to change smth.like the last one: without the rights of juridical person! Or those variants are the same? |
