Hi, everybody!

Could you help me take in the bold part of that quote. (Rehashing it would suffice)

The usual phrase is 'nothing to get hung up about', which means 'nothing to worry about' -- just another one of John Lennon's lyrical liberties. Not everybody agrees on the meaning of this line, though.
