I'm wondering what is the difference between "almost all" and "most of. How are they used?

Please help me with this.

'Almost all of' is more than 'most of'. We cannot really set a definite percentage-of-'all' value for these phrases, but 'most of' is generally taken to be well over 50%, while 'almost all of' is nearly 100%.
