'Usually' has nothing to do with the grammar problem. The form of the verb depends on the noun subject. Here, the subject is 'dog' and the verb is therefore 3rd person singular 'sheds'.

Adverbs such usually,always,regularly,commonly and so on..How does the verb look like after them? I have a little confusion to form the verb.

Those adverbs do not affect the verb:

I usually eat at 7 pm.
I usually ate at 7 pm until I joined the Army.
I have never usually eaten at 7 pm - that was just a rumour!
I will never usually eat at 7 pm; I am simply not that regular in my habits.
