Could you please shed some light on:

"Beat me good"?

Is it really regarding beating? Is it informal or slang?

I can't tell you anything unless I know the context it game from. It could have so many different meanings.

If it's in the context of a game, it means that the team that was beaten "good" was beaten badly -- 5-0 or so in soccer, 50-0 or so in rugby or American football, etc.):

Tom: Man, you beat me good today.
Jamie: (sarcastically) What do you mean? 6-0, 6-1, 6-2 isn't so bad.

In this case, it's just poor grammar -- "good" is meant to mean "badly". In other words, it means "You really kicked my tail."
