A. survive B. overcome C. withsatnd D. overthrow.
Key: A: survive

But i think overcome and withstand sounds correct too.

2. They wen to the field to see the plants which oils can be_____.
A. extracted B. condensed C. squeezed D. liquidized
Key: A

why squeezed isn't propert here?

To me, "survive" is the best choice. "Overcome" is not as good a choice because it suggests the bank taking some actions. Most of the time, actions are not possible. I've never seen "withstand" used with a "crisis" before.

"extracted" is the best choice here. Squeezed is not so good since the extraction process may or may not involve squeezing at all.

I think the second sentence needs a little editing:
