What does "trodden" mean? #4 (permalink) Wed Jul 04, 2007 7:19 am   What does "trodden" mean?

Hi aleaf

You are correct. The simple past tense of tread is trod.

The only usages I know of for the word treaded are when referring to tires/tyres or soles of shoes, for example.
retread.

This test should be edited.
