What was the reason when you last cried?

Hi everyone,

I think, crying is one of the best features of human being, because it means a lot. Sometimes you cry because you are happy, but on another occasion you cry because you are sorry.
The last time I cried was because my daddy (beloved little fellow) passed away.
Would you kindly share your good or bad (I don't want anyone to have one) memories which made you cry?

sometime anybody feel he need to cry,maybe he was very happy or very sad -
that's not important- but when you feel in your warm eye-drop run on your face...I think that give you wonderful feeling, and in this minute you feel in your inside!!!you are human.

hey,
well I don't always find a reason for my tears
it just that sometimes I really feel stress and I wanna cry
just to feel better and when I cry I do feel alittel bit calmer
other times, when you lose someone near - like in distances -
and you feel like your lonley that's when you cry

There are so many other reasons for crying
but those are the two things that came to my mind now

I cried when my mother and father died a few years ago. Other than that, nothing makes me cry, except for one or two things. For some reason, the story of Joseph from the Old Testament of the Bible makes me cry when I read it. I don't know why, but I think it has to do with Joseph's ability to have compassion for his brothers years after they had sold him to some nomads.

I occasionally cry and last I cried because I was very stressed with sudy and work. I felt incapable to cope with either of them and I was very upset with the suffering other people faced.

i always cry when i watch sad movies or TV series . It sounds stupid to do that but i really can't help crying when the person who should not have died passed away and when the couple/lovers shouldn't have stopped the relationship sais goodbye to each other.

Hello Aydin,

I'm sorry your father is gone. I cannot say I know how that must have felt but I can imagine it. I had a similar experience before. I was 15 and my Mom was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit.She lost so much blood because her womb wouldn't shrink to its initial state after giving birth to my baby sister.

I remembered seeing my mother thru a small window. There was a hose connected to my Mom's tummy and alive! I remembered my father fell on his knees when the doctor said there was no hope for my mom. At that moment I wanted to kill the doctor. And it was the first time I saw my father cry, the sound he made was heart wrenching and as long as I live, I never want to hear it again. It was by far the darkest moment of my life.

Hello NinaZara,

I am very sorry to hear your story. It's very sad. I hope you not live any moment like that in your future life.

As being a father now, I think the only thing which -I think- can make me cry is anything bad my daughters face. Being a father is something like this.
And in my country, fathers -or more generally men- are not supposed to cry. But father of a girl who is getting married usually cries when she lives his house. This is a happy cry of course.

I wish noone cried because of some sad events.

My last bout of weeping probably came while I was watching Armageddon. It's the whole
(paraphrasing) "Gracie, I'm gonna have to break that promise" two-way dialog between Harry and Grace, right before Harry saves the world and sacrifices himself in the process.

I am unable to fight back my tears when I witness some moving scenes.

I usually have tear weeling up when I witness brave actions on film and sometimes argue with my family member.

Exactly!

Bravery (and patriotism I suppose) in films does it to me too -- Armageddon, Saving Private Ryan, Gladiator all drew a tear.

Bravery being prasied/rewarded ... there is sentimentality in that.
