Toefl: problems with sujects Wed Jun 06, 2007 18:44 pm  Toefl: problems with sujects

Hello everybody,

First of all I would like to congratulate the administrators for the website which is very usefull for me.

I've a great problem with the writing part and also the speaking part of toefl, simply because I've left the school, at the age 13 years old, to be a joiner as my father in Belarus.

Consequently I'm not familiar with almost of the sujets dealing with experiences at school or university...

Could you please advise me some reading about these topics; I can not invent experiences that I've never had.

And also some reading about general knowledges which are not my key point due to my schooling...

Many thanks,
Nicolas.

Ps: I'm 23 years old and I would like to join a business degree. I've already pass last year the american GED which's the equivalent of the US high school diploma.

Can you give us some school-oriented subjects that you're having trouble with? I've administered practice TOEFLs before, but I don't remember any question that actually requires a person to have gone to college. An example would help us help you.
