You may have taken a look at these already but ETS has a free sample TOEIC Speaking & Writing test (it basically just covers what the content is and sample questions but doesn't provide the actual speaking practice or feedback on writing) and TOEIC Online Speaking & Writing, which does give the writing feedback and speaking practice.
