My father is a director of Labour export Co, his company mainly exports labours to Malaysia, and his partner uses English to communicate. He has a problem with his translator, and he has a letter written by me. Now, could you check mistakes (if there is) for me? This is the letter I wrote:

From: Tran Thu Thang – General Director of Napeco Company.
Tel: 0903283999

To: Mr Alex

Vietnam, Jun 22nd 2007

Dear Mr Alex,

In the last time, our business relationsip is very good and the business is extremely smooth. I am really pleased with everything. Now, I have matter needed to disscuss with you.

Mr Minh – my translator has recently taken advantage of the relationship between your company and mine to send my company’s labour documents mixed labour documents of another company on his own choice to you for earning his own money. He has deliberately been hiding me, so I have just known that. Therefore, I would like to suggest you some things that:

- Please supply me the list of all labours that Mr Minh sent you! Let me examine labours that Mr Minh sent belong to what company.

- Please give me your e-mail and telephone number in Malaysia, and one used in Vietnam when you are in Vietnam in order to contact easily.

- Now, Mr Minh is still working in my company.

I think that the most important thing in doing business is straight and honest, I don’t assent to deceitful Minh’s actions .

Whenever you go to Vietnam, please inform me in order to meet each other and exchange some needed things.

Please hepl me to solve this matter! Thank you in advance.

With kind regards, yours sincerely.

Dear Mr [Family Name],

I am pleased that our business relationship has been very good and our business has gone extremely smoothly. Now, I have a matter that I need to discuss with you.

Mr Minh, my translator, has recently taken advantage of the relationship between your company and mine to send our labourer documents mixed with the labourer documents of another company. This has been done on his own account and for the purpose of personal financial gain. He has deliberately been hiding this fact from me, so I have just discovered it. I think that the most important thing in doing business is straightforwardness and honesty, and I certainly do not condone Minh’s actions.

I would like to ask you to:

- Please supply me with a list of all the labourers that Mr Minh sent you, so that I can determine which labourers that Mr Minh sent belong to what company.

- Please give me your e-mail address and telephone number in Malaysia, and the one used in Vietnam when you are in Vietnam, so that I may contact you easily.

- Whenever you come to Vietnam, please let me know, so that we can meet each other and exchange any needful information.

I would greatly appreciate your help in solving this matter. If you have any further questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me at Tel: 0903283999. Thank you very much in advance.

With kind regards,
.
