Dear Mr [Family Name],
I am pleased that our business relationship has been very good and our business has gone extremely smoothly. Now, I have a matter that I need to discuss with you.
Mr Minh, my translator, has recently taken advantage of the relationship between your company and mine to send our labourer documents mixed with the labourer documents of another company. This has been done on his own account and for the purpose of personal financial gain. He has deliberately been hiding this fact from me, so I have just discovered it. I think that the most important thing in doing business is straightforwardness and honesty, and I certainly do not condone Minh’s actions.
I would like to ask you to:
- Please supply me with a list of all the labourers that Mr Minh sent you, so that I can determine which labourers that Mr Minh sent belong to what company.
- Please give me your e-mail address and telephone number in Malaysia, and the one used in Vietnam when you are in Vietnam, so that I may contact you easily.
- Whenever you come to Vietnam, please let me know, so that we can meet each other and exchange any needful information.
I would greatly appreciate your help in solving this matter. If you have any further questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me at Tel: 0903283999. Thank you very much in advance.
