Well, I?m not a student anymore, in fact I'm an English teacher. I work for a school that focuses only in the conversation part of English, teaching the students phrases an grammar in context. Although I know some grammar I would like to increase my knowledge of it. I learnt English in bilingual schools and I studied high school at the United States.
And What about you Rosalisa? (nice name BTW)
What are you studying?

Hehehe....Val, I supposed you were a student. That's nice to know that you are an English teacher. Your job is really interesting, dealing with the conversation part of English. If you'd like to increase your knolwedge of grammar, do you think you can improve it through English grammar books? Very Happy

Very Happy...so I'm sure your Engilsh is really fluent and it's exciting to learn English in a bilingual school. How did you feel about it?

Thank you. Rosalisa is my nickname. Very Happy I am a freshman of Media and Journalism in Cambodia. As you know, it is my first year so everything is still at large. I have so much to read.

Oh, I really like English. I have learned English for about 10 years. My teachers have always stressed the importance of English grammar, but less and less they mention the significance of vocabulary. Do you find out that non-native speakers of English most of the time are good at English grammar? Very Happy

Well I really love my job but it's kind of difficult not to focus on grammar. My problem is/was that my learning was through native speakers in a natural way so I learnt English as I did Spanish, if you ask me any quiestion about grammar in spanish ... I have no idea. I know a lot of things, not everything of course, about English grammar and I studied a lot before teaching. As I said I'm teaching in a school where grammar is not really relevant we try to set scenerios where they can use the stcture in an accurate way. Specially bussiness settings, bussiness people is our target audience.
And of course I'm here to learn more
Very Happy
See you later rosalisa
