I think this one works:

There is a request for you to review the attached document.

Request is a countable noun, yes.

Are you trying to practice using the word 'request', aarora13?
Or do you need a sentence for a real email?

You could use one of these:

- We request that you review the attached document. (formal)
- Please review the attached document. (standard)
