More context is required. As it stands, it is not interpretable.

Hi Volcano,

In addition to Mister Micawber's answer you might be interested to learn that your question should either read "What is the meaning of this phrase?" or "What does this phrase mean?"

Not on an English forum. Presumably, you are asking for our help in improving your English. You can show that you are interested by actually trying to improve your English in line with the suggestions given you.

If you are not interested in improving, then of course we are not interested in spending our time trying to help you.

This is not a sentence. It may be a headline in a periodical. If so, it means 'John is to leave his club'.
