By the way, we've now added an "embedded MP3 player" which means our users can hear Ralf's and Y.'s voices by just one click. No need to have an external media player on your PC...

Q#2 needs some sort of repunctuating. I suggest: Charlie: Yes, hello. It's Charlie here.
Q#3 does, too. I suggest: Woman: Me? Oh, I'm doing ........., thank you. And you?
For Q#9 perhaps: Woman: By the way, I don't know anybody ......... Charlie.
And #10: Charlie: Sorry about that. I must have ......... the wrong number.
