Well, I'll try. I think reports aren't published in the newspapers. And when they are published we call them articles and reviews. What is "review"? Can you see the word "view" in it. My dictionary says:review is a written opinion of a book/play/film etc. In short it's a kind of article where the author writes his opinion about a book/film/play etc.
