Hi LS
A 'hold' can be something similar to a safe (i.e. some type of iron or steel box used to store valuables -- usually to prevent theft). So "hold in the wall" could be a reference to a wall safe.
Of course, it might also be a typo and possibly it was simply a "hole in the wall". :)
I have no idea what a "drag wall" is. Maybe someone else will. . _________________ "Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power." ~ Abraham Lincoln |

| I'm guessing a "drag wall" should have been "brag wall" which is a section of a wall dedicated to hanging diplomas, awards and the likes. Or maybe since it's about Elton John...maybe "drag wall" is a section of a wall for hanging female-looking clothing worn by him? I guess I'd need more info to make a better guess. |

There's no mountain i can't climb There's no tower too high, No plane that i can't learn how to fly What do i gotta do to get through to you, to show you There ain't nothing i can't take this chainsaw to [Hailie Makes Chainsaw Sound] F**kin' brain's brawn, and brass balls I cut 'em off, i got 'em pickled and bronzed in a glass jar Inside of a hall, with my framed autographed, Sunglasses with elton john's name, on my drag wall I'm out the closet, i been lying my a$$ off All this time, me and dre been f**king with hats off
Here is the full verse.
Also I'm not sure I understand i been lying my a$$ off. Does it mean that he's been retiring or something ? (PS: sorry for the explicit content - it's Eminem and stuff) |

lost_soul, The author is definitely a cross-dresser (and perhaps a homosexual). He used the term "I'm out of the closet, I been lying my a$$ off"...Out of the closet is the term used when someone stops hiding the fact that he is not what he appears to be, like being normal instead of being a drag queen (cross-dresser) or a homosexual. The poem also refers to cutting off his balls off thus denying his manhood. What kinds of literature have you been reading :)? -- Very interesting but definitely not "common" :). Lying his a$$ off means taking a lot of effort in lying about what he's not. |
