let's see "Longman"'s opinion :pg.1324 right column.rigth in the midle =STUPID-whics meaning? 1).not intelligent 2).silly, not sensible 3).careless 4).crazy ...and so on... in section1). = dumb-whics meaning? (out of another 18 meanings)-an inf. word used especially IN AMERICAN ENGL.meaning stupid[adj] ...in section 2). =dumb-whics meaning?(out of another 47meanings)-an American word meaning stupid,annoying and likely to have a bad result[adj]........... DUMB -a word whics some people find offensive and whics is not used in a medical context,meaning unable to speak because you were born unable to speak[adj]

I was really busy these day with community development work. In our country, you have heard about Cyclone Nargis killed many of our people.
