Fraud is the correct entry here because a fraud is person who deceives others. Another word for fraud is swindler.

Why not Freak because frak is a person who is ardently devoted towards something.May you explain it?

When I wrote this test, I wasn't talking about a freak but a fraud. A freak is someone who is strange looking and unusual. The newspaper says he isn't being truthful and that's why they call him a fraud.
