Hi All,

I am wondering how I can write the following sentence better. Also, has the 'idea being' been used correctly?

"The diamond circle will buy only high end diamonds, the idea being as the gems appreciate in value so will the shares."

Thanks,

MG

Hi Musicgold,

I would suggest you wrote:

The diamond circle will buy only high end diamonds, since the idea is that as the gems appreciate in value, so will the shares.
