Hi Dina,

'I'm not getting anywhere with my complaint' suggests you are not being at all successful when you have made a complaint because nobody has taken any notice. Supposing you have bought a washing machine and it doesn't work. You email the shop you bought it from, you telephone them and you write them a letter but nothing happens and you realise you're not getting anywhere.
