TOEFL® Essay: All students should be required to study art and music in secondary

Since art and music entertain you by comfortable feeling, cultivate your mind with creative thinking method, complete you by interesting knowledge, I strongly think that it should be required in secondary school for every students.

Art and music are the subjects that tend to entertain the learner. When learning them, you have chance to loose up, you use your soul, your feeling much more than your mind. Therefore, to the secondary children, who should not be exposed to pressure can feel comfortable, excited and attractive when joining in a art or music classes after encountering difficulties in mathematics or science classes.

Art and music are also cultivate the children’s mind. A drawing class encourage the kids to imagine and memory the sight around them. A music class encourage the kids to express their feeling in a emotional way. Act and music classes teach the kids how to think creatively, help them become imaginative and motivate their passion.

Secondary school is the time when the children start to form their personality. So every lecture they learn in this period have a strong effect on their future character. Arc and music classes provide them with interesting knowledge of the culture, people and everything around them, moreover, the love, emotion and hope. Then the children will tend to a significant life.

It was so lucky for me having chance to learn art and music when I was at secondary school. I have found that was very interesting and special among the other subjects. I become imaginative and creative. This as well as the knowledge I have got are very useful for my current study.
