. Yes, I would suggest that often 'must' is too demanding from a service position, so it would be wiser to select a more indirect form. On the other hand, 'you may need to' is too hesitant. This is a good choice in the situation you present:

I agree with MM and think that "may need to get up at 6" is a little awkward. I'd say like this:If you would like to get there on time you have to get up at 6. |

Yes, I have nothing to say,but "have to" is better than "must" indeed. When we use "should" it is like giving advice. :wink: |
