Hi, everyone.
Once again in my text about marketing I met strange (to me at least) usage of some words. What does the phrase 'performance and physical capacity' mean in the following passage?

The brand needs to be recognized by a number of different audiences. To accomplish these objectives it is necessary for Weyl to consider diverse consumer groups. The Weyl brand will consist of two types of attributes: intrinsic and extrinsic. Intrinsic attributes refer to the functional characteristics of the product such as shape, performance and physical capacity, tenderness, nutritional elements, and type of beef. Extrinsic attributes refer to all other elements which are not listed above and to the material functioning and performance of the product: brand name, marketing communications, packaging and price.

.
I guess that 'performance' is the product's ability to accomplish its stated purpose, and that 'physical capacity' relates to the ways in which the product may be treated (e.g. freezing) without affecting its performance.

But I may well be wrong.
