I am Pisces, , just read the horoscopes said I won't encounter any ideal men during the whole 2007 which is totally correct!(though there are 5months had not yet been passing away)XD
So I wonder your attitudes about that? Before I just made this to be a toy killing times, recently I wrote an issue in the GRE analytical writing topics about the "function of astrology to our society". And suddently I realized if the astrology is also a science and should be the mainstream scientific disicpline? The society don't acknowledge it just as the human had not learned enough about the whole content of it. It just because we had not the adquate knowledge and abilities to understand this complex system, it doesn't means the astrology are not reasonable. Because it has been existing for thousands years, it must have something reasons.

Hello,
What a complete coincidence! I have a sign of Pisce as well. 
Actually, recently I have started to believe in astrology but not too much. That's because it's something that is unclear. Human beings can't really comprehend astrology. I know that astrology hasn't just existed but has been in the world for thousands of years. I know that in China, the former kings had astrologers and fortune-tellers to help them rule the country prosperously. At the same time, in Burma, nowadays, the Junta haven't got rid of astrologers but instead have placed an importance on astrology. By so doing, anytime they want to take a decision to do something, they will ask astrologers.
I agree with you, Princess. We can't say that astrology is unreasonable. It takes human beings to have adequate knowledge about what astrology really is, what is behind it and how to enrich the humanity. Nonetheless, if people blindly follow the result of astrology like what some Junta leaders in Burma are doing, what helps improve this condition? You know what they did by following the astrology? Once they asked an astrologer about the bill notes in their country, that person, as reported, told them that it's a good time to produce a lot of bill notes of number 9. The government started to take an action of doing so, collecting old bills and burning them. What's worse, they didnt'pay back the compensation for a lot of citizens.
Therefore, it can be used for two purposes, bad and good. It's bad if we don't have abilities to understand it and if we still want to understand it blindly. It's good if it assists people's living. |

Hey another fish!
I am glad that you are also in our team! I think Pisces is a wonderful sign(though everybody will think their signs are wonderful). I like this sign. The advantages of us are insightful and creativable, I bet Plato is the Pisces also because I fully agree with him! And I like his theroy!
Some one siad the Pisces is dreamer, I don't think so. We just like thinking, good on creating, but we wil devote the actual efforts! The only thing is we have to assure about the whether the destination is the one we truly love to aatain it whatever it seems hard or easy. We don't scare the HARDSHIP, but we hate the boring and ordinary ideas though it may make the profits for us.
