Are all of them the same in their meanings?

1) Help me to take weight off.

2) Help me to get weight off.

3) Help me to keep weight off.

Are all of them the same in their meanings? No. 1 + 2 are similar, but 3 is different.

1) Help me to take weight off. I want to lose weight in the future and I want you to help me do that.

2) Help me to get weight off. I want to lose weight in the future and I want you to help me do that.

3) Help me to keep weight off. I have already lost weight and now I want you to help me make sure I do not gain the weight back.

Hi Phoo

My comments are in the quote.

Thank you, Amy. I've got it.

You said 1 and 2 are similar, which means not exactly the same, doesn't it?
What is the difference b/w "take" and "get"?
