What Happends after TOEFL® test?

I just needed to express my gratitude to this site as a whole.From Moderators and Administrators to every person who has posted something here.This is the best and most useful web-site for people seeking for knowledge and preparation.Millions of THANKS!
Now to the essence of my post.I received my TOEFL scores,not only on time but even earlier than 15 business days:29/29/23/28=109 So the first part of the mission is COMPLETED,but what is the next step?
Does anybody have any idea what happens with the universities where my scores will be sent?How to choose the best universities?What about interviews?I will appreciate anyone who can tell me something helpful.
