Hi everybody, four days ago in my country we felt one of our worst fears a strong earthquake in 4 or more different cities at the same time for the longest 2 minutes 15 seconds of our lives..a few hours before my birthday....15/08/2007 6.40 p.m. It was terrible people completely scared, trying to show strenght to their kids and trying not to enter in panic.....it was horrible...all the earth moving... finally our fear stopped, but many houses dessapeared specially in Ica,Chincha and Pisco,Thanks God in Lima most people are ok but now Peru is united to bring help to those cities with the worst consequences.....solidarity is now our priority,Thanks God to Chile,Brucelas,Ecuador,Mexico,Marruecos,Irak,United States and all companies and countries that are helping us in this dramatic situation....Cris.

Yes I heard about it.

When I heard it was felt for 2 minutes I could not imagine how scary it was. The longest I ever experienced was 6 seconds and that already made my heartbeat stopped (for like 1 nanosecond, of course).

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
