I would like to go about learning English.
Do you know how to go about playing football?
I think it's the time to go about these works.

Are all these sentences perfect?

.
They are marginal. 'Go about' is used to express a tentative, unclear or casual approach to doing something:

A: I don't know how to go about getting a driver's license.
B: Well, first you have to take driving lessons; then you have to be tested... etc

A: How do you go about finding a perfect mate?
B: Have you tried a dating service?
.
