Hi

Could you please tell me if the following sentence is correct and natural?

Quote:
I could only carry 20 Kg on my ticket, and I had to be extremely picky in what I brought with me.

Tom

PS: What about myself?

Hi Tom

No, you should definitely not use 'myself' in your sentence.

Instead of 'picky' you could also say 'selective'.

The beginning of your sentence is understandable, but you can say it in other ways, too. For example:
My ticket only allowed me 20 kilograms in carry-on luggage, ...
.
