TOEIC®, TESOL, TOEFL®, IELTS! Please advice me

I am a new user of this wonderful site. I am a Filipino working here in China for more than two years as an English Teacher. Presently me and my fiancee are here in Xuzhou Jiangsu, we wanted to improve our English skills can someone advice me on how to and where to get One of those English proficiency Certification and not only to get the certificate as well as to grow in learning English.
