Could you please tell me if the following sentence is correct and natural?

I might say any of these (using euros and dollars):

"What's the exchange rate for dollars to euros?"
"How much does one euro cost in US dollars?"
"How many dollars can I get for one euro?"

In your sentence, I'd eliminate the word 'to'.
-OR-
I'd replace the word 'does' with 'is':
How much is one British pound equal to in Chinese currency?
