Hi

Suppose I am leaving my country for a few years and I give my gold to you to keep it until I come back. When I come back, you simply deny ever receiving gold from me.

Quote:
What is the term for the thing (gold) in English I requested you to keep.
What is the term for you. (trustee??)
What is the term for your action (breach trust??)
What is the term for me(person who gives)?

In fact, in my language there is a term for all mentioned above. "amanat mein khiyanat"

Perhaps this might help you to understand.

My two cents would be:

1. trust (consignment)
2. trustee
3. trusteeship
4. trustor (settlor/settler)
