Please, would you ceck this business mail?
Is a reply to a car lease who wrote that is pushing to reduce the ordered car delivery time, in meanwhile we are negotiating a car rental.

Quote:
Dear Mr. xxxx,

Thanks for your car delivery pushing, you have been really kind.

Concerning the rental car (pick up in Frankfurt) the minimum features are:

Color: black (company rule)
Station wagon version
Navigator

For both the car (ordered and rental) would be desirable to get the Italian Cartography DVD for the navigator.

Regards,

yyyyyy

Dear Mr. xxxx,

Thank you for your efforts to reduce car delivery time. You have been very helpful.

Concerning the rental car (for pickup in Frankfurt), the minimum requirements are:

Black in colour (a company rule)
Station wagon
GPS navigation system

For both cars (ordered and rental), it would be desirable to have the Italian Cartography DVD for the navigator.

Regards,

yyyyyy
