According to scientific research, people's short-term memory is the best in the morning, so we students should find a fit place to recite English words in the morning.

right /proper/fit/suitable are all of these words here accurate?

All suggested adjectives work here except 'right', unless you say 'the right place'.

By the way, it should read: 'short-term memory is best in the morning'.
