So you want to be a science journalist? That is a great ambition. My boss told me he wanted to be one but ended up an engineer.
Why not just write and submit them? |

I would like to know how should i start, when writing a journal. I would like to volunteer to write the thinkpads journal and i do not know how to start. Please help.

Why not start around the lines of "The thinkpad is one of the most important portable computers of our time". Then you could briefly reflect on the history of the gadget (the first thinkpads, its development in size etc.), its rise to become market leader, and eventually on its technical properties, accessories and customers.
Good luck! _________________ Test of English as a Foreign Language TOEFL Preparation & TOEFL Vocabulary Learn more: How to Become an English Teacher |

I am a business student. I wanted to write about thinkpads. That last sentence is not my topic, it describes about my upset tummy. _________________ I can eat 5 plates of chicken rice at 1 go...! |

Several teachers/professors advised me to go about the paper-writing process thusly:
1) Tell them what you're going to tell them (introduction) 2) Tell them (body) 3) Tell them what you told them (conclusion)
If you're writing a journalistic piece, the axiom is to envision a triangle and write the story in such fashion:
1) The most important things go at the top (brief description of the main story) 2) The details follow (main body -- describe the event in detail) _________________ Billie Jean is not my lover. Hee. |
