I have go through all your examples of present perfect and present perfect prograss. When I am reading the sentence I thought it is ver simple. But when I talked with other I have to wait for some time and think in my mother tongue and then translate into english. What I want is I should talk english like my mother tongue without any difficulties.

Hi, samar
{been} is the past participle of the base verb form [ be].we call them ( verb to Be)
THE VERB TO BE ARE: [ be/is-are-am/been]
any verb in english that follow them must be added with { ...ing}
e.g: she is playing tinnis.
- I am studying English...etc.
& but also we use them in the passive sentences in a different way.
e.g: An apple is eaten (by Samar}
- The army has been killed by the planes.
SO.The passive sentences always have the main verb { past participle}
p.s. if we use { has/have/or had} any verb that follows must be [ past participle]
I HOPE : I've been helpful.{think of this sentence}
