Meaning of "It's up to you" #16 (permalink) Mon Feb 14, 2011 9:40 am   Meaning of "It's up to you"

Hi,

If you are up to it, this suggests you are capable either physically or mentally of doing a particular task.

If you're up for it, this suggests you are ready or prepared to do something.

This one
Quote:
You're up at it
means nothing to me.
