Will 108 TOEFL score get me into a good college?

I've just found out this morning that I scored 108 on my toefl test.I was happy because I expected it to be lower, but now I started to be a little nervous. maybe 108 isn't that high anyway, there are top students around the world that speak very good English. I lost my sense of appreciation, I don't know what to think anymore. I 've just found out like 1/2 h ago.

hey thats a very good score and you can easily get admission
highest requirement is about 85-90 in high universities
