Television is doubtely one of the most powerful means of communication in the history of the humankind. Television with its wide availabilty and rich media with image and sound is difficult to ignore. Television is as much a part of our lives as ouur meals, work or school. Television because of its rich media is more attractive to us and takes our much attention to itself. Naturally, the more time you spend watching T.v, the less time you has with your family and friends. Now-a-days many people spend a lot of time watching television.

Television has many negative effects on human's mind. One of the most important effect is that the television confuse the relationship between people in real life. The television provide attractive dramas and Films which take over the mind of the viewers. I think television obsesses human mind. Its very dangerous for the relationship in family and out of it. For example , parents must require information about their children , about the grade in the school and health condition of children etc. If the parents spend their time watching T.v they will be unable to prevent some social deviations like smoking, drinking, drugs etc.

The relationship between family members is really important.
Television has many positive effects. it provides a lot of information at a very low price and at other hand its easy way to learn many languages. Most of the people prefer spending time with family and friends. Television is ofcourse an important part of many people's life, but most people will gladly choose family and friends over television if they were given choice. futhermore, most educated people are aware of the dangerous effects of too much television and either avoid excessive time watching television.

I,for example, after my college work and acadmy, would much rather spend my time talking with my family members or friends. For me and my family, our time together is precious and beautiful, and could never be replaced or hurt by television.

In short, I do not believe that television has destoryed relationship between family or friends. Most people believe that it is merely a temporarly diversion and do not use it to replace interpersonal relationship or communication.
